Two men who posted anti-semitic posters in the Queenstown Resort College have been trespassed from the school, but will not face any charges.
Southern District Police released an image of the men entering the building, and urged the public to come forward with information about the pair, one wearing a ''Trump'' t-shirt and holding a sheaf of papers.
Senior Sergeant Paula Enoka, of Queenstown, said a 25-year-old Auckland man and a 26-year-old Queenstown man contacted police yesterday.
She said police's concern in the matter was that people were entering an essentially public facility and posting notices on its walls. The men had been trespassed in response to their actions. She said police had no comment about the content of the poster, as its concern was with the men's behaviour on the property.
As far as that went police determined there was ''no offence'' committed and the matter was dealt with by trespassing the pair from the property,
Police were not aware that any other posters had been posted around Queenstown by the pair.
