Car ends up on roof in Haast Pass

Emergency services are attending after a car rolled onto its roof in Haast Pass.

A police spokeswoman said officers were called to the Haast Pass Highway (State Highway 6) about 11.55am today.

It appeared the car crashed in the vicinity of Cross Creek Bridge.

Reports from the scene indicated that all passengers were out of the car and there was no need for an ambulance, the spokeswoman said.
