Police are investigating a sudden death in Greymouth yesterday.
Officers attended the scene in Chapel St where police confirmed one person was dead.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 12.15pm.
The area was cordoned off shortly after and people were asked to avoid the area. — Allied Media
