Five of the region’s most promising young netballers have been selected to trial for the New Zealand Secondary Schools team.
Charlee Farquhar (St Hilda’s Collegiate), Hazel Mason (Twizel Area School), Kiana Brown (Columba College), Ruby Hore (St Hilda’s Collegiate) and Shanti Kara (Columba College) have been named in a 24-strong cohort.
The trials are staged in Auckland on April 16-17.
