Poor handling costs the Fiji Drua as they fell to the Hurricanes 38-15 in a Super Rugby Pacific match in Suva last night.
The Canes came away from their Pacific trip buoyed by the five-try-to-two bonus point win, but with the cloud of yellow cards hanging over three of their players: Du’Plessis Kirifi, Isaia Walker-Leawere and Caleb Delany.
Hurricanes 38 (Billy Proctor, Devan Flanders, Jordie Barrett, James O’Reilly tries, Xavier Numia tries; Barrett con, pen, Aidan Morgan 4 con), Fijian Drua 15 (Isikeli Rabitu, Kitione Salawa tries; Kemu Valetini con, pen). Halftime: 28-7
