Dunedin Premier Rugby fulltime wrap

University opened up a massive 47-12 lead against an ill-disciplined Harbour side at Forsyth Barr Stadium this afternoon.

The Hawks, who lost a player to the sin bin either side of the halftime break, stormed back to score 36 unanswered points to save their blushes.

But ultimately it was a pretty comprehensive 47-38 win by the students. They won the game up front. Loose forward Josh Hill led the charge, while halfback Kieran McClea and first five-eighth Sam Clarke also had strong games.

In the other games, Kaikorai secured a last gasp 27-25 win against Southern at Bishopscourt.

Green Island romped to a 50-24 win against Zingari-Richmond at Montecillo, while Taieri edged Dunedin 21-19 at Peter Johnstone Park.
