With NPC starting early this year we're seeing some double-up rounds in the Premier competition. ODT rugby columnist Paul Dwyer asks ORFU rugby operations co-ordinator Richard Perkins and Alhambra-Union club captain Hugh Tait whether clubs have the depth of players to cope with it.

They also look at the premier 2 grade, and ask whether there are too many teams.
