Highlanders winger Siale Piutau and Lions flanker Michael Rhodes will face judicial hearings today after a nasty incident in Saturday night's game at Carisbrook.
The duo clashed about halfway through the second half when Rhodes got hold of Piutau's neck at a breakdown and flipped him over.
Piutau took offence at the flip and twice punched Rhodes in retaliation.
Rhodes has been cited for a dangerous tackle, while Piutau was cited for punching and retaliation.
Both have been cited for acts contrary to good sportsmanship.
The hearings will take place in Wellington today, before Sanzar judicial officer Nick Davidson QC.
Rhodes is up first, followed by Piutau.
