Touring show "Tina — the Ultimate Tribute to the Queen of Rock’n’Roll", celebrating the life and music of global icon Tina Turner, comes to Dunedin’s Regent Theatre next weekend.

The show, which will be staged at the Regent next Friday, November 28, is visiting 17 towns on a national tour.

For generations of New Zealanders, Tina Turner was part of the soundtrack of our lives.

This show celebrates that legacy, bringing her unforgettable spirit back to New Zealand

Leading the charge is South African powerhouse Caroline Borole, who credits her musically rich upbringing for shaping her passion and style.

Introduced to Tina Turner at the age of 10 through the 1960s’ album The Soul of Ike & Tina Turner, Borole was captivated by Turner’s raw vocals and fearless stage presence.

Featuring an international band, brass section, backing vocalists and dancers, the production presents a selection of Turner’s best-loved hits from the 1960s to the 1990s.
