Incumbent directors Dan Jex-Blake and Richard Young have been reappointed to the Silver Fern Farms co-operative board.
No other nominations were received for the two vacancies created by director election rotation.
The continuity offered by Mr Jex-Blake and Mr Young remaining on the board was important as it entered into an ''exciting new phase'' as the joint venture with Shanghai Maling got under way.
''They are both very capable and the board values the significant contribution they each made in their first term as directors,'' chairman Rob Hewett said.
The pair were also the co-operative's appointed representatives on the board of Silver Fern Farms Ltd, which includes representatives from Shanghai Maling.
Beef + Lamb New Zealand farmer directors George Tatham (Eastern North Island) and Andrew Morrison (Southern South Island) were recently re-elected unopposed to the board of Beef + Lamb.
