This appealing book by a trio of New Zealand comic-book collaborators follows the story of a young boy, Morgan, on his quest to find out the name of the moon.

Dad offers lots of suggestions, but they aren't quite what Morgan had in mind.

With the help of his toy rabbit, a large pohutukawa tree, and a group of moreporks, Morgan travels to ask the moon first-hand.

This is a lovely idea, told beautifully, with gorgeous illustrations reminiscent of Maurice Sendak's. Enchanting.
