Wains Hotel Dunedin is offering a fantastic autumn/ winter special, with complimentary AV equipment for any event to be held prior to October 2018.
The hotel is housed in an historic heritage-listed Victorian building, dating back to 1862. It has three conference rooms, as well as additional breakout areas.
The Chancellor Room, located on the first floor, is a large pillarless space (with stained-glass windows and its own fully serviced bar) that can host up to 150 delegates theatre-style.
The Chancellor Lounge, with its oversized chandelier, lends the same heritage ambience (with a more intimate setting) for up to 50 delegates.
There is also the Bracken Room on the ground floor, which is ideal for small meetings and training sessions.
Wains Hotel Dunedin has a day-delegate package priced at $50 per person per day, which includes conference room hire and setup, freshly brewed coffee and tea, morning and afternoon tea, light buffet lunch, a complimentary carpark for the organiser, unlimited free wi-fi, and complimentary AV equipment, offered until October 2018.
