One of my first jobs as a part-time student was in a hotel as a waiter and quickly found myself behind the coffee machine.

I spent most of my time making coffee in Auckland ... enough said.

I drink tea, ha. Flat white.

Get a coffee grinder to grind fresh coffee before anything else.
