600ml elderflower soda or cordial
50ml gin (or to your strength)
1/2 orange, cut into small pieces
1/4 lemon, cut into small pieces
ice block moulds
4 ice block sticks
Mix all the ingredients together, taste and adjust the gin, if needed.
Pour into the moulds and freeze for 30 minutes.
Pop the sticks into each one and return to the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
