Trish Oakley, head of marketing and product development for Forsyth Barr, has been appointed a director of Dunedin International Airport Ltd.
The appointment was announced by Dunedin City Holdings Ltd, the owner of 50% of its shares.
Ms Oakley, who fills a place on the board left vacant following the death of former chairman Richard Walls last year, has 20 years of financial industry experience, and has been a trustee for Tourism Dunedin since 2009.
Applications for the role of a third director for DCHL were received earlier this month, but there was no news on that appointment yesterday.
