A long-established Dunedin property valuation firm is to rebrand next month. Macpherson Valuation, which has been operating for 49 years, will become part of the Telfer Young network from April 1 and will be known as Telfer Young Otago.
Telfer Young has offices in Northland, Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton, Rotorua, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Wellington, Nelson and Christchurch.
The rebranded company would continue in Dunedin ownership but the link would give Otago-Southland clients access to a bigger network, bigger database and enhanced technology systems, as well as greater purchasing power when it came to tendering for contracts, Macpherson directors Tim Dick and Darren Bezett said in a statement.
