The signings in recent days mean only "one or maybe two" retailers are still to confirm, out of 18 retail spaces in the mall's main street, Mr McKenzie said.
Seven retailers - Country Road, Levis, Esprit, Tarocash, Lush, Vodafone and Life Pharmacy - have already been confirmed.
Mr McKenzie expected to be able to announce the other retailers after January 12.
The $32 million shopping mall development is scheduled for a "soft opening" on March 5, followed by a formal opening later in the month.
