The 22-year-old woman seriously injured in a domestic violence incident in South Rd, Dunedin, on Sunday remains in Dunedin Hospital's intensive care unit.
A hospital spokesman said her condition was stable.
An 18-year-old man will appear in the Dunedin District Court tomorrow in relation to the incident.
