A lucky Lotto player scooped a $1 million win last night.
The Wellington ticket-holder, who bought their winning ticket at Paper Plus in Lambton Sq, will have an extra hour to celebrate their prize this morning after the clocks went back.
The First Division winner pocketed $1 million, however the Powerball prize was not won last night, jackpotting to $9 million.
Strike was also not won, and has jackpotted to $300,000.
Meanwhile, Don from Amberley spun the Winning Wheel and won $250,000 on the live Lotto draw.
This week's Winning Wheel ticket was sold at Drury Lane Lotto Superette in Franklin, Auckland. The serial number is 141-52415521-20XX.
