Teens thought behind Cromwell vandalism

Police in Cromwell are asking parents in the area to be aware of where their children, specifically teenagers, are in the evenings, after a spate of vandalism.

Constable Dean Schroder said over the past couple of days there had been a ‘‘significant amount of damage in the CBD and we strongly believe that it is the work of young people in the community''.

On Tuesday night, tagging had occurred at the skate park, garden lights at the medical centre were pulled out and damaged and, over the past couple of nights, windows were broken at Cromwell College.
