Santa looks to hand out gifts at Oamaru's Scottish Hall during yesterday’s Christmas Crafts & Treasures market at the hall.

Santa says the best request for a Christmas gift he received this year was from a young girl from Oamaru who asked him to make dragons real.

Santa handed out gifts to children ranging in age from 18 months to 10 years old yesterday.
