An Air New Zealand flight from Auckland to Queenstown returned to Auckland soon after takeoff when a hydraulic issue was discovered onboard.
The Airbus A320 (flight NZ637) left Auckland about 12.45pm on Saturday, but touched down again safely about an hour later.
A maintenance crew inspected the plane and passengers were put on new flights to Queenstown.
