Police and fire investigators are investigating a suspicious fire in Timaru earlier today.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman Andrew Norris said crews were called to reports of a truck on fire in a shed in Patiti St about 5.45am.
Two trucks in the shed were engulfed in flames and the blaze was being treated as suspicious, he said.
''There's a bit of debate as to whether they were individual fires or a single fire that spread.''
There were no reports of injuries.
