One person has suffered moderate injuries after a crash on a rural Southland road this evening.
Police were called to the scene on the Riverton-Otautau Rd just before 6pm.
Initial reports suggest a single vehicle hit a bridge near the settlement of Ringway, south of Otautau.
A police media spokeswoman said the road was currently closed in both directions while police worked to clear the scene.
