A trailer, home kill meat and dozens of cheese rolls were among of the items stolen across Otago at the weekend.
Sergeant Trevor Thomson, of Dunedin, said a Swanndri, gumboots, 72 cheese rolls and "a large quantity'' of home kill meat were stolen from a carport in Lawrence overnight on Saturday.
Thieves were also active in Dunedin overnight on Saturday.
Two jackets, two pairs of shoes, cosmetics and a passport were stolen from a locked vehicle in Moray Pl in central Dunedin.
A purse was stolen from a vehicle in North Rd, North East Valley.
Sunglasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in Jubilee St in Belleknowes.
Tools and $20 of coins was stolen from a vehicle in Elgin Rd, Mornington.
Other property also stolen included army boots from a garden shed in Great King St in the week up to yesterday.
A single-axle trailer was taken from a property in Helensburgh Rd in Dunedin between Thursday and yesterday, and a generator was taken from a garage in Beach St, Waikouaiti between April 12 and yesterday.
