After two successful years, organisers Tim and Emma Mowat have shifted the event to The Camp in Lake Hāwea, for a change in scenery.
"I absolutely love the camp, the setting is a match made in heaven for a market, and I have always wanted to host it out there," Mrs Mowat said.
"Hopefully we can bring the Wanaka locals out there to see what it is all about."
The Gather Market has over 60 vendors which include food, crafts, coffee, wine and more.
This year Prophecy Distilling from Clyde would run the bar, which some special Christmas cocktails on the menu, she said.
Music will be played by Mount Aspiring band Juno and Robert Glen.
Entry fee is $10, and a gold coin donation for those aged under 13.
The Gather Market has had 1000 people through the gates in previous years and Mrs Mowat expected about the same on Saturday.
Gates will open at 10am.
