Lauren and her husband, Michael, have sold their property in Oamaru and bought a 12ha property close to Cambridge.
"The property at Cambridge is set up for horses but there is no house on it. We will be shifting in the next two to three weeks," Lauren said.
They have been at Oamaru for 20 years.
Pandora's Diamond is in the care of Sean McCaffrey at Cambridge. The Badlands Hanover-Pandora's Box mare was a last-start winner at Oamaru on June 21.
Allegro Agitato is among the broodmares the Laurens will take to Cambridge.
Allegro Agitato won the Laurens 22 races including the 2005 Australian Grand Prix at Moonee Valley, the New Zealand National Trot, New Zealand Trotting Free-For-All and two New Zealand Trotting Championship when trained by Phil Williamson.
Allegro Agitato has left only one foal since she was retired to stud 10 years ago. The filly by Majestic Son, I Got Rhythm, now a 3yr-old, has joined the stable of Colin and Julie De Filippi.
Allegro Agitato is due in foal to Majestic Son after failing to conceive most years.
The Laurens bred Allegro Agitato (by Sundon) after being loaned the mare Chiola's Lass by Denis Lauren (brother of Michael), his wife, Pip Gerard and McCaffrey. Denis has been assisting McCaffrey since he retired as a scientist at Ruakura.

The Harness Jewels winner led throughout to beat Aldebaran Shades in their heat.
• Chris Ramage, who was suspended from race driving for nine months for failing to provide a urine sample to officials, defended the charge.
Ramage told the nurse in charge of the drug-testing station at the Forbury Park Trotting Club meeting on June 21, that he was dehydrated and could not provide a sample. He also argued why she would not take a blood or saliva test. The harness racing authorities have the right to name the type of test.
Ramage was advised to drink some water and return to the testing station.
He was advised of the test at 5.35pm and had not complied at 9.56pm when he was charged. The nurse said she had not previously encountered a person who was unable to give a sample due to dehydration.
Ramage subsequently gave a urine sample at the Forbury Park meeting on June 29. The sample was negative for drugs.
Ramage said he was used to wasting as a jockey and he had not changed the practice before a race meeting. He also told the hearing that he had difficulty urinating in front of other people, but did not provide medical evidence in that regard.
Geoff Hall and R McKenzie, who heard the charge for the Judicial Control Authority, said the requirement to provide a urine sample if requested was a matter of strict liability.
Ramage outlined his own defence.
