Upper Clutha was down 18-3 but still in the game at halftime, but in the second half the flood gates opened.
Number 8 Ryan Dowling also scored for Maniototo, as did Thomas Huddleston.
Byron Clarke kicked the lone penalty goal for Upper Clutha.
