Police are urging a wanted Oamaru man to hand himself in.

Sergeant Tony Woodbridge, of Oamaru, said Corey Reopo Douglas (32) had two warrants for his arrest, for failing to appear in court.

''He is well known in and around Oamaru, and police would ask him to hand himself in to the Oamaru Police Station,'' Sgt Woodbridge said.
