Fable Dunedin Hotel and iD Fashion Week: A Match Made in Fashion Heaven

Fable Dunedin, a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the heart of the city, is not only known for its luxurious accommodation, but also for its commitment to promoting local art and culture.

Fable embodies all things high-end and fashionable, thus, the affiliation with iD Fashion Week is the perfect fit. Celebrating their first year of partnership, Fable has both a pop-up photo exhibition and new restaurant dish as an exclusive fashion week offering.

Stop by and check out the Eden Hore Central Otago Collection on display. The Eden Hore collection is a large fashion collection accumulated by a local farmer in Central Otago. The collection has over 270 items and was recently purchased by the local district council. A selection of five stunning pieces will be showcased in the Fable Dunedin library for the duration of fashion week. Eden Hore’s astonishing activities as both a farmer and a high fashion impresario open up a realm of visionary and often enigmatic creativity and inspiring possibilities – for us all. Free of charge, there’s no reason not to pop in.

Fable Dunedin is also home to The Press Club Restaurant and Bar, known for its moody atmosphere and flavoursome dining. Strut down and indulge in the limited time ‘Fashion Catwalk’. A selection of 3 treats served on a ‘catwalk’ slate; think dipped dried prawns, crispy fried chicken and a banana cinnamon cigar. Never fear, a drink is always near. This offering is paired with a unique Vivienne Westwood inspired cocktail, using Hendricks Gin, green apple, lemon and egg white. For only $45, head down while Fashion Week is in full swing to get your fix.

Whether you are planning to stay, explore, drink or dine, Fable Dunedin is a must-visit whilst in Dunedin. Check out what's on offer here.
