Police were called to a home in Joe Brown Ave after a possible firearm sighting this afternoon.
A police spokeswoman said the AOS were called out as a precaution and the man was taken into custody without incident.
He is currently talking to police.
There were no indications yet as to whether any charges will be laid, the spokeswoman said.
