Police caught a whiff of cannabis when they dealt with a disqualified driver in Dunedin early this morning.
They stopped an 18-year-old male motorist in Princes St about 1.45am and seized two small bags of cannabis and a bong, Senior Sergeant Anthony Bond said.
The driver was arrested and the vehicle impounded.
