Mayfare Group Ltd co-owner Fleur Caulton, of Queenstown, said she and Michelin star chef Josh Emett, of Auckland, would open a Madam Woo restaurant in Dunedin's lower Stuart St in mid-September.
''We see there is an opportunity for the style of business we have and we are looking forward to it.
''We love Dunedin as a city and have spent a lot of time there and think it's a great place to have a business.''
The pair opened Madam Woo restaurants in Takapuna a fortnight ago and in Queenstown in 2013.
