Police are investigating after a driver crashed into a parked car and fled the scene in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A police spokeswoman said they were called just after 4am to upper Stuart St, where the parked Subaru Legacy station wagon had been shunted onto the footpath in the alleged hit-and-run.
Police arranged for the car to be towed, she said.
