A Napier bar and dance studio went in flames this morning.
A Fire Service spokeswoman said the call was received at about 6am.
The two storey building housing Latino's bar in Hastings Street was well alight and one person had been evacuated. Latino's is a bar and Latin dance studio.
Four fire appliances are fighting attending the scene.
