For three consecutive nights, 14 Alexandra, Clyde, and Cromwell artists will be made up to look like famous musicians and will then go on to impersonate the original artists by performing their songs.
Each performer will take centre stage at the Alexandra Community Centre for one of the 18 acts, and then support the other performers as they take their turn.
The society last held "Stars in their Eyes" in 2006.
