The man killed in a single-vehicle crash near Kurow on Tuesday has been named.
He was 57-year-old Mark Tyler, of Christchurch.
Police said Mr Tyler, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene of the crash near Hakataramea Downs Rd after his ute rolled.
An investigation is continuing.
