A new health care facility is being planned for Robins Rd, Queenstown.
Robins Road Ltd directors James Hadley and Rebecca Lucas have applied to the Queenstown Lakes District Council for resource consent to operate a health care facility from an existing office building at 44 Robins Rd.
The application says the facility will be limited to a dental surgery, doctor's clinic, physiotherapy practice, sexual health clinic, optometrist and/or chiropractice.
It will also include retail sales of health care products.
Robins Road Ltd owns the building, which is occupied by engineering consultants and landscape architects.
The application says the facility would employ three health care professionals and a part-time administrator.
It would operate between 7.30am to 8pm seven days a week.
Lakes Environmental planners have requested more information from the applicants about car parking and landscaping.
