The Wakatipu Trails Trust is calling for participants for the first Wakatipu Trails Blazer.
The inaugural community fundraising event of the trust is a mini-adventure run, walk or mountain bike covering two courses on the newly upgraded Wakatipu Trails Trust trail.
It also explores beautiful new terrain through private property.
The trust is seeking individuals and teams for the competitive and recreational categories.
The entry fee is $45 for teams and $15 for individuals and includes a 12-month friendship membership of the Wakatipu Trails Trust.
Existing members will receive an individual 12 months' membership extension.
Registration will be at the Jacks Point Clubhouse from 4.30pm on March 25.
The event starts at 5.45pm and participants will run or walk 7.5km or bike 15km.
A finish line celebration and prizegiving will be held at Jardine Park.
