One person has moderate injuries after a car wound up in a ditch near Queenstown.
A police spokeswoman said officers were called to the Lake Hayes-Arrow Junction Highway (State Highway 6) about 5.30am yesterday.
The car had reportedly rolled into the ditch while taking the corner on the road.
A Fire and Emergency NZ spokeswoman said they responded with two crews from Arrowtown and Frankton.
No-one was trapped in the car.
A Hato Hone St John spokesman said an ambulance attended.
One patient was assessed at the scene and transported to Lakes District Hospital with moderate injuries, he said.
