They came away with more understanding about how others perceive the way they communicate, what to measure in their business, the importance of creating strong brand awareness, how to work smarter, not harder, through technology, and breaking through recurring business issues around managing people.
All spaces on the first series sold out within weeks - a clear indication of the demand, college business development manager Clodagh Hall said.
''Our highly skilled professional facilitators are led by Fiona Boyer, who oversees the content, instructional design and delivery of all programmes.
''Fiona has an extensive background in the design of training and professional development for businesses across New Zealand.
''Our facilitators for Tradies Take 5 include Michelle Trapski, Dan Roberts, Scott Kennedy and Matt Johnson.''
The Tradies Take 5 series will return on May 15 and registrations are now open.
