The Invercargill preschooler could not hide her happiness when she found a dress at the Southern Crafters Market which reminded her of her favourite character, Princess Elsa from Frozen.
Saab and her family were among thousands of residents who went to the event at the ILT Southland Stadium over the weekend.
The market gathered more than 150 businesses from around the South Island to showcase their products.
Committee member Alicia Owen said supporting local could not be more important in the current climate.
"It is a great community celebration."
