Billy Slater has been crowned International Player of The Year for a second time at the Rugby League International Federation awards in London.
Slater, who also won in 2008, pipped Melbourne team-mate Cameron Smith and Wests Tigers and New Zealand star Benji Marshall for the top gong as NRL representatives swept every award at the gala ceremony at the Tower of London.
Slater was also named fullback of the year - one of eight Australian winners of the nine positional awards in the International Team of the Year, with five-eighth Marshall the other.
Slater, who was voted player of the year in 2008, was joined by Kangaroos team-mate Akuila Uate (winger), Daly Cherry-Evans (halfback), Matt Scott (prop), Sam Thaiday (second row) and Paul Gallen (lock) while Manly skipper Jamie Lyon was named centre of the year.
Kangaroos centre Jharal Yow Yeh held off Gold Coast's Jamal Idris and Melbourne's Kiwi winger Matt Duffie for the rookie of the year prize.
Des Hasler's NRL premiership success with Manly was recognised with the coach of the year award.
And NRL whistleblower Tony Archer was awarded the referee of the year prize for the second successive year.
