Waikato lock Kevin O'Neill has been cited for alleged foul play in an Air NZ Cup rugby match against Wellington last Saturday.
O'Neill will appear before a New Zealand Rugby Union judiciary in Wellington tomorrow following an incident which involved Wellington loose forward Serge Lilo.
The Wellington team made an official complaint to match citing commissioner Martin Harris over the incident in the second half, which left Lilo injured.
