The murder trial of Clayton Weatherston has been adjourned for the rest of the day after one of the jurors became ill.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance shortly after midday.
Justice Judith Potter sent the other 11 jurors away until 10 o'clock tomorrow.
She said she would consult with Crown and defence counsel after receiving reports about the man's condition and decide then what course to take.
* The trial could continue with 11 jurors.
