Police are investigating an unexplained death in the Auckland suburb of Glen Innes.
They were called to a house there just before 2am this morning.
A police spokeswoman says officers are at the scene investigating the circumstances.
She says if anything suspicious is found, they will investigate further.
Police are not revealing the gender or the age of the person.
