Two cows are dead after a crash in Southland.
A police spokeswoman said officers were called to Boundary Rd, Isla Bank, at 5.42am today.
''A car collided with two cows. Two cows were dead when we got there.''
The driver was uninjured in the crash and the farmer notified and at the scene.
